Easy, soft, comfy, secure- won’t fall off you,
It’s soft which is just wonderful with the heat. It has a detachable cord so that you can wash the whole thing in the washer. Much improved design over the “removable cover” which always meant for me a struggle to keep the “cover” on the stupid heat pad.
Pros:
Soft, fully washable- in machine, 4 settings with light (light off- it’s off), and magnet to secure on front, also weighted around the edges to help with secure feeling.
Cons:
Neck opening not too generous. Given the weighting, it’s ok to leave it “un-snapped” (not attach magnet) and still feel secure. The plug connection is right over the chest and can get in the way. Looking at other models on the market, seems a common problem. Don’t know why they can’t put the output at a location that isn’t in the way, but oh well.
Small picture discrepancy:
The back looks nothing like the picture- perfectly fitting. It clumps up a bit but that doesn’t detract from it at all. Just thought I’d share that.
Fully endore product. I’m buying one for my mom this xmas.

Used this product right out of the box. Delivers heat to the neck and shoulder area. I would highly recommend this product to everyone who has tension in their neck and shoulder area. My husband also uses it. A very good product.

|Really wanted this to work,
I ordered two of theses wraps, one for me and one for my sister since we both suffer from tension headaches and shoulder pain. When I first tried it on the medium setting it was great, but then about 10 mins later i could feel it cooling down instead of keeping a constant heat. So I turned it up to high. The same thing happened. It would warm up and then 5-10 mins later cool down. I double checked the instructions and it said it had an automatic shutoff after 2 Hours so I have know idea what was going on. I asked my sister about hers and she had the same problem. Sadly we returned them.
